We can collate information, prepare the necessary tax returns, prepare the documents necessary for an application to the Probate Registry and submit the application, encash and transfer the assets and pay any debts, prepare and submit any necessary tax return for the administration period, prepare the final estate accounts and arrange distribution to the beneficiaries.

We take full responsibility for obtaining the Grant of Probate and dealing with the Legal, Tax, Property and Estate administration affairs on your behalf.
